AUSTRALIAN METALCORE HEAVYWEIGHT THE AMITY AFFLICTION TO HELSINKI IN SEPTEMBER

One of the crown jewels of Australia’s exceptionally powerful metalcore scene, The Amity Affliction, will be stoking the fire at Ääniwalli in Helsinki on September 24 this year. The Aussie heavyweights last impressed Helsinki audiences at the end of last year, when they appeared as a support act for Parkway Drive at the Helsinki Ice Hall. Formed in 2003, The Amity Affliction will be coming to Finland as part of the European tour for their forthcoming new album, ”House of Cards”.

Joining them in Helsinki is an extremely tight package of American metalcore: California’s Silent Planet, Philadelphia-based Varials, and Tennessee’s fierce contribution to metalcore, Orthodox.

Ääniwalli has an unobsructed passage for wheelchairs through the ramp in front of the building. The venue has one accessible toilet located in the Room 1 toilet area.
