ASSEMBLY WINTER 2027 – TICKETS & INFO

Assembly is Finland’s largest event focused on gaming and digital culture, held twice a year at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre (Messukeskus).

You can attend Assembly by purchasing either your own BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer) seat or a visitor ticket.

BYOC seats are available in several categories and are valid for 4 days, from Thursday to Sunday. The event runs 24 hours a day, and attendees can also sleep at the venue in a designated sleeping area. A BYOC ticket gives you access to tournaments and activities that are exclusively available to BYOC attendees.

Visitor tickets do not include a computer seat but grant access to the event’s extensive program, various activities, the Assymylly battle game tournament, and multiple free-to-play gaming areas. Visitor tickets are sold for individual days as well as for multiple-day entry.

All BYOC tickets and multi-day visitor tickets include the option to stay overnight at the event and access to showers.

The event is safe and suitable for attendees of all ages who are interested in computers and gaming culture. Professional security personnel, first aid staff, and harassment contact persons are present throughout the event. Assembly is a substance-free event.

There is no official age limit for the event, and it is suitable for all ages. However, we recommend a minimum age of 13 for children attending alone without a guardian. Children under 7 can enter free of charge when accompanied by an adult.

BYOC SEATS

Family BYOC Seats

These ticket types are designed for families attending the event together with children. The seats are located in peaceful, family-dedicated table areas. One seat ticket grants one spot at a Family table. For example, if a four-person family wishes for each member to have their own BYOC seat, four seat tickets must be purchased.

VISITOR TICKETS

The event is open to all ages and designed for the whole family.
The recommended minimum age for young visitors attending without a parent or guardian is 13 years.
Children under 7 years of age enter free of charge when accompanied by a parent with a valid ticket.

Visitor tickets do not include a personal computer seat in the LAN hall.
With a visitor ticket, you can enjoy the event’s extensive program, play at numerous gaming stations, and participate in selected tournaments.
